Who looks after my information?

kidzivo.com is run by Kidzivo, 502 Kabir Shilp, Opp. Kansar Restaurant, Kudasan, Gandhinagar – 382421, Gujarat, India. This page explains what we collect when you visit, order or write to us, and what we do with it.

What do you collect?

• Order details: the parent’s or buyer’s name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address, and what was ordered.
• Your messages to us: emails, toy photos and unboxing clips shared while asking for help or a replacement.
• Visit details: your device, browser, IP address and the toy pages you look at, gathered by cookies plus Google and Meta tracking tags.
• Payments: handled by our payment gateway; we receive only a confirmation and reference number.

Do you collect information about children?

No. Orders are placed by adults, and we do not ask for a child’s name, photo or other details. If a child’s information has reached us by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.

How is my information used?

• Getting your toys from our shelf to your door, including a quick check on Cash on Delivery orders.
• Letting you know where your parcel is by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To handle cancellations, replacements, refunds and complaints.
• Spotting fake orders and keeping kidzivo.com safe.
• To understand how the website and our ads perform.
• To send offers, only if you have signed up for them.
• Holding the invoices and records that tax and other laws ask us for.

Who do you share it with?

Just the partners the shop depends on: Shopify, which hosts the store; the payment gateway and banks; our couriers; SMS, WhatsApp and email services; and Google and Meta, which measure visits and run our ads. Authorities receive information from us only under a legal order or duty. Personal details are never sold or rented out.

What about cookies and ads?

Cookies hold your cart and remember choices like your last viewed toys. Google’s tag and Meta’s Pixel show us whether an ad worked and can bring Kidzivo ads to you on other sites. Your browser settings let you refuse cookies, and the ad preferences inside Google, Facebook and Instagram let you cut back on personalised ads. See our Disclosure page for who runs our ads.

Where is it stored, and for how long?

Shopify hosts our store, so parts of your data can sit on protected servers in other countries. We hold personal details for as long as the reasons listed here last, and any extra time the law sets, after which they are erased or made anonymous.

What are my choices?

Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, lets you request an overview of the data we hold, have it corrected or erased, stop marketing messages and lodge a grievance. Send your request to kidzivo.com@gmail.com; a quick identity check may come first, to protect your account.

How is my information protected?

Pages load over SSL, card and UPI payments run on PCI-DSS certified gateways, and inside Kidzivo only the team handling your order can open your details.

Will this policy change?

If we update it, the new version and its effective date will appear on this page.
