How should I use the age guide?

Each product page shows the age range the toy is designed for. Please choose toys for your child’s age and stage, and keep toys meant for older children away from babies and toddlers.

Do any toys have small parts?

Some sets include small pieces, Velcro cut-outs, marbles or blocks. These can be a choking hazard for children under 3. Please supervise play, check pieces regularly and keep spare parts out of reach.

What about toys with batteries, lights or sound?

Battery compartments should be opened only by an adult. Remove batteries when the toy is not in use for a long time, and never let children handle loose batteries.

Is the baby head support pillow safe for sleep?

No. It is meant for awake, supervised use only. Do not leave a baby unattended with it, and follow the safe-sleep advice of your paediatrician.

Will a toy improve my child’s development?

Our toys are designed to make learning playful and screen-free. Every child learns at their own pace, so we cannot promise specific results. Words such as “Montessori-inspired” describe a style of play; they do not mean certification by or affiliation with any Montessori organisation.

Do products look exactly like the photos?

We photograph every product carefully, but colours, prints and packaging can vary slightly between batches and screens. Such small differences are not defects.

Are other brand names used on this site?

Kidzivo is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other toy brand. If another company’s name or mark ever appears, it remains that company’s property and is mentioned purely for description.
